It’s vital that your order reaches you quickly and safely. When you order, our reliable logistics partners ensure that your order is transported to you with utmost care. And to ensure that your order arrives in top condition, we have developed our own custom box to keep everything well protected. Most orders will be fulfilled and transferred to our logistics partners within (TBD) business days as fulfillment times may vary if an order is held for address confirmation or payment authorization.

All our packages are fully insured during transport. In order to ensure that your order gets safely delivered to you and no one else, we have requested that logistics partners deliver only to the person named on your order. The person named on the order should be prepared to show photo ID that indicates they are at least 21 years old. We appreciate your support of this security procedure.

Any missing items will be delivered to you subsequently and free of charge. Please keep your box for at least 30 days..

After we have transferred your parcel to our shipping partners, you can expect the following delivery times:

*Please note that most of our logistics partners do not deliver on weekends or holidays. All packages require a signature to be released. We are unable to deliver to APO, FPO or P.O. Boxes. Ground shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Cutoff ship times are 12 p.m. Central Standard Time for express shipments, and 1 p.m. Central Standard Time for standard shipments (ground).

For customization orders, standard processing times of 1-3 days are required.

Shipping insurance and claims

Every delivery we send is insured during the shipping process. When you receive your delivery, please immediately check for and photograph and/or video external damage. You must report any damage to the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt. The shipping company will issue you a confirmation of your damage report. When you return your order, enclose this confirmation and a copy of your receipt together with the goods in the original packaging. Before returning the package to us, please contact us by phone so that we can discuss the procedure with you.


We hope that every Pasq ADV1, and other Pasq products, owner falls in love with their purchase at first sight. However, we understand that sometimes our customers may need to return their trailer. We want to make this process as easy as possible.

30 Day Trial

All brand-new Pasq trailers come with a 30-day trial. We encourage you to assemble, attach to your bike, and use your new trailer or other product in order to ensure that everything exceeds your expectations. Original owners may return the product for a full refund at any point during the first 30 days of ownership provided the trailer is returned in like-new condition. Gear returned with visible, and/or significant signs of wear may be subject to a restocking fee.

How To Return Gear

  1. Complete our Returns Form.
  2. Rebox your gear in the box(es) it arrived in, in the same way it arrived. Please ensure that all original packaging, small parts, tools, and accompanying materials including manufacturer tags where applicable, are included in the box with your return.
  3. We will contact you with which logistics company you will use to return the gear. You will take the boxed gear to the logistics company and pay the fees associated with returning the box to Pasq.
  4. We will inspect the gear upon arrival for damage or wear at our facilities. Products returned in new, unused condition will receive a full refund. Please note that products returned with significant, visible signs of wear or missing components/accessories can expect a restocking fee. Pasq will not accept the return of products damaged beyond resalable condition due to crash, abuse, or general misuse. 
  5. After we have verified your return, a refund will be issued to original payment type. We will email you any notes associated with the return and the return amount. Note: from shipment to refund, the return process may take up to 30 days.
