Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pasq® LLC website (the “Site”) and your purchase and use of Pasq Moto Trailers and related products (“Products”). By accessing the Site or purchasing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our Products.

  • All Products are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time
  • Prices for Products are subject to change without notice

  • Images of Products on the Site are for illustrative purposes only; actual Products may vary

Ordering and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Pasq LLC
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason
  • Payment must be made at the time of ordering
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during checkout
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment providers

Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed
  • Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order
  • We will send a separate email when your order is accepted and production begins

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Order changes may be requested within 48 hours of placing your order
  • Changes to orders already in production may incur additional fees or may not be possible
  • Order cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Terms

  • Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • Title to Products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided
  • You are responsible for inspecting Products upon delivery as outlined in our Shipping Policy

International Orders

  • We currently ship Products internationally on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to open a discussion.
  • International customers are responsible for complying with all import regulations and paying all duties, taxes, and fees

Product Use and Safety

Intended Use

  • Products are designed for specific uses as outlined in product documentation
  • Using Products for purposes other than those intended may void warranty and create safety risks
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of our Products

Safety Guidelines

Forum and User Content

  • PASQ LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT
  • Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so these limitations may not apply to you
